Talents become much cheaper to hire, and there are all of a sudden a platoon of smart people you can hire, and especially with the motivation to want to get back to the top. It's all part of the economic cycle. But ofcourse, go with Alok's advice. Cash up, you are gonna need much of it. But even a little will go a long way through the ride. A bust is always good news for startups.
